The Codex is a personalised symbolic reading service. Each reading synthesises numerology, Western and Vedic astrology, Human Design, Tarot, Chinese astrology, and related traditions into a written document prepared specifically for the person named.
A Codex reading is offered as a mirror for self-reflection. It is not a prediction, a prescription, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, or financial. The reading describes patterns and potentials; what you do with that information is entirely your own choice and responsibility.
After payment and intake form completion, your reading will be delivered within the timeframe stated for your tier (5 or 7 days). You will receive your documents by email to the address provided at checkout.
A confirmed natal chart is required for every reading. If you do not provide one, a chart will be generated on your behalf using professional-grade software (astro.com) and included with your completed documents.
The accuracy of the reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Incorrect birth data — particularly birth time and place — will affect the reading. If you discover an error in your intake data after submission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Each Codex reading is a custom document prepared specifically for you. Because of the personalised nature of the work, refunds are not available once production has begun.
Production begins when your intake form is received and your chart is confirmed — typically within 24 hours of payment.
If you have not yet submitted your intake form, a full refund is available within 48 hours of payment. Contact [email protected] with your order details.
If you are dissatisfied with your completed reading, please contact us. We take quality seriously and will work with you to address genuine concerns.
The Codex + Call tier includes a 30-minute consultation via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). Calls are scheduled after your documents have been delivered, to allow time to read before the conversation.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the call without refund. One reschedule is available per booking.
Calls may be recorded for your personal reference with your consent. Recordings are not shared or used for any other purpose.
To produce your reading, we collect: your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and heritage information. This information is used solely to produce your reading and is not shared with third parties.
Your contact email is used to deliver your reading and, if you consent, to notify you of relevant future offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information. Please refer to Stripe's and PayPal's respective privacy policies for information on how they handle your data.
Your intake data and completed reading documents are retained for our records. If you would like your data deleted, contact [email protected] and we will do so within 14 days.
Your completed Codex reading is prepared for your personal use. You are welcome to share excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. The reading may not be reproduced in full, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
The Codex name, brand, and reading system are the intellectual property of the service
