How long does a reading take to deliver?
The Snapshot is delivered within 5 days of your intake form being received. The full Codex within 7 days. The Codex + Call within 5 days, with your consultation booking link included.
What if I don't have a natal chart?
No problem. A chart will be generated for you using astro.com and included with your completed reading. All you need is your date of birth, time of birth (as accurate as possible), and place of birth.
What if I don't know my birth time?
A reading can still be produced without a birth time — the Ascendant and house placements won't be available, but the reading will still cover the majority of the system. This is noted clearly in your document.
Can I order a reading for someone else?
Yes. The intake form has a field for gift and commissioned readings. You'll provide the recipient's birth data and your own contact details for delivery.
What is the refund policy?
Readings are custom documents prepared specifically for you. Once production has begun, refunds are not available. If you haven't yet submitted your intake form, a full refund is available within 48 hours of payment. See the full policy on the Terms page.
